PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle electronic apparatus having a network communication function for easily recording a program, etc. from an in-vehicle electric atmosphere in a domestic electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle navigator 100 having a network communication function comprises a broadcast receiver 110 having functions for receiving television broadcasts, radio broadcasts, etc. to output pictures or sounds therefrom, a recording reproducer 120 having functions for recording pictures and sounds of a broadcast program in a memory, a communicating unit 130 for transmitting/receiving data over a network, and a recording controller 150 which actuates the communicating unit 130 when the recording reproducer 120 records the picture of a specified program, and sends out channel information for identifying the program and recording start information for showing a recording means starts recording the program.
