摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core structure for a stacked type evaporator, its assembly method, and a tool for assembly allowing easy stacking of heating tube elements, and capable of improving performance and reliability of a product by firmly engaging connection parts, eliminating positional deviation of the connection parts, and providing favorable brazing. SOLUTION: In the core part structure for the stacked type evaporator, the cylindrical connection parts 9 protruding outward in width directions are provided in a one end side and another end side of the heating tube element 4, and a plurality of the heating tube elements 4 are laminated by engaging the connection parts 19 in a state of providing a fin 5 between adjacent heating tube elements 12 and 13. A burring part 11 protruding inward in a radial direction is formed in an end of one connection part 9 of the connection parts 19 to be engaged, and the connection parts 19 are connected by enlarging a diameter of the burring part 11 and caulking in an end inward direction of the other connection part 10.
