PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable flow rate nozzle capable of reducing drop of nozzle efficiency when a valve means reduces nozzle opening in a variable flow rate nozzle capable of adjusting flow rate of fluid passing therethrough by displacing the valve means in a nozzle axial direction. SOLUTION: A main nozzle 17 and a sub nozzle 20 including restriction parts 17b, 20e reducing passage section of high pressure refrigerant flowing to an fluid jet ports 17a, 20d are arranged to conform to axial lines, diameter of a sub jet opening 20d of the sub nozzle 20 is formed smaller than diameter of the jet port 17a of the main nozzle 17. The sub nozzle 20 is displaced in an axial direction R to change distance between an external taper part 20f of the sub nozzle 20 and the restriction part 17b of the nozzle 17.
