A sole acupressure shoe capable of adjusting the height is provided to perform the acupressure of a user's sole by using the external force given to the user's sole, and to stop acupressure when the outer force is removed. A sole acupressure shoe capable of adjusting the height includes a bottom sole, a vertical movement complementing recess(110), an acupressure protrusion portion(120) and an adjustment member. The vertical movement complementing recess is formed on the bottom sole. The acupressure protruding portion is installed on the vertical movement complementing recess, and moves upwardly by the external force given to the bottom surface to press a user's sole. The adjusting member adjusts the height of the acupressure protruding portion. The bottom sole includes a midsole(100) and an outsole(200). |
