The present invention relates to an automatic punching machine for a mushroom medium which enables insertion of a mushroom medium in a medium bag and formation of a spawn inoculation hole automatically, thereby making a series of processes easy and efficient. The automatic punching machine for a mushroom medium according to the present invention comprises: a main frame; a hopper installed on an upper portion of the main frame and including an agitation member and a rotation driving part for rotating the agitation member; a rotation unit including a vertical central axis, which is installed in the main frame and extended upward and downward, a central axis rotating part, which rotates the central axis step by step, a supporting plate, which is connected to a lower portion of the central axis so as to be rotated with the central axis, an injection plate, which is connected to the central axis so as to be rotated with the same and installed on an upper portion of the supporting plate to be separated therefrom so as to face the supporting plate, and having a plurality of thru holes spaced from each other by a predetermined distance and thru hole guiding faces formed by being extended downward along the circumference of the thru holes; clamping parts installed on each thru hole of one lower side of the injection plate and supported by the supporting plate, and clamping a medium bag inserted in the thru hole; a punching part installed on one upper side of the main frame and located in an upper portion of the injection plate, and having a pressure actuator, a plurality of punching rods for hardening a medium inserted in the medium bag connected to a lower portion of the pressure actuator and making a hole on the medium, and a rotation driving part installed between the pressure actuator and the punching rods so as to rotate the punching rods; and a control part supplying or shutting off electricity to the rotation driving part of the hopper, the central axis rotating part, the pressure actuator, and the rotation driving part for the punching rods. |
