The present invention relates to a multipurpose one-touch safety railing bar, provided with a main connection unit (310) and a sub connection unit (320) to fixate a supporting bar (100) on a clamp (200) through a main slit (211) and a sub slit (212). According to the present invention, the safety railing bar is capable of adjusting an angle of the supporting bar (100) to various angles and functioning as a fall protection net or a bar as well as a railing bar. The safety railing bar comprises: a supporting bar (100); a clamp (200) to connect the supporting bar (100) to the railing frame (10); and a bar angle adjusting means (300) to connect the supporting bar (100) to the clamp (200) in an angle adjustable manner in a vertical direction. The clamp (200) is formed with the main slit (211) and the sub slit (212) apart from each other. The bar angle adjusting means (300) comprises: the main connection unit mounted on the main slit (211); the sub connection unit (320) mounted on the sub slit (212); and a clamp angle adjusting unit (400) joining the clamp (200) to the railing frame (10) and enabling the horizontal angle adjustment of the clamp (200) to the railing frame (10). |
