PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an execution method of a lightweight fill based on EPS construction method, which is more safely executed than it and more excellent in the workability. SOLUTION: The executing method of a lightweight fill is a method for constructing a fill by covering earth from above as an overlapped foamed resin molding 4 as a filling material, When overlapping the foamed resin molding 4, a first connecting tool 1 and a second connecting tool 2 respectively having a special shape are used to connect the foamed resin moldings 4 together. By sticking the first connecting tool 1 so as to sit astride these foamed resin moldings 4 in the boundary of the foamed resin moldings 4a arranged in the horizontal direction, adjoining mutual foamed resin moldings 4a are connected together and the second connecting tool 2 is stuck on the upper face of the foamed resin moldings 4a already laid and the upper side foamed resin moldings 4b are arranged on the second connecting tools.
