PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material which can give a depth feeling to design and diversified color tones with fewer kinds of resin films printed with a grain and is resistant to damage, e. g. abrasion. SOLUTION: The floor material has a plywood 2 composed of a plurality of superimposed thin plates, a single plate 4 stuck to the plywood 2 through an adhesive layer 3 and a transparent or translucent resin film printed with a grain and stuck to the single plate 4. The resin film 5 may be an olefin film, the single plate 4 may be laminated with a thin plate 41 and/or sliced in a direction intersecting the laminated surface, the adhesive layer 3 may be composed of a thermosetting resin, and/or the single plate 4 may be dyed with the same color as that of the thin plate 41.
