<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of current collection regarding an integrated photovoltaic element or the like applicable to a thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated photovoltaic element I for which a plurality of cells are connected in series includes: a substrate 10; a plurality of back surface electrode layers 11 formed on the substrate 10 and divided by first patterning having the shape of being projected to the side of another adjacent cell; a plurality of semiconductor layers 12 formed on the back surface electrode layers 11 so as to straddle two adjacent back surface electrode layers 11 and divided by division grooves 15; an electrode layer (transparent electrode layer) 13 formed on the divided semiconductor layers 12, respectively; and a current collecting end part 14 formed by second patterning in the shape following the first patterning dividing the back surface electrode layers 11 at least at a part of the semiconductor layers 12 to collect a current from another adjacent cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
