The openings (25) of the tensioning brackets (13) are connected to the press bar. They are of such size that one or more brackets per longitudinal side form the support for the piston plungers. They do this by forming a modular press column (22) by the two bridge plates (15,16) and transverse ribs (18) and enclose the press cylinder (26) with the piston plungers (27).
