<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe, inexpensive, and simple health appliance for finger exercise which allows even a bedridden person to carry out rehabilitation of the fingers in comfortable posture and is used anywhere and by any people irrespective of age and sex. <P>SOLUTION: In the finger exercising health appliance, repulsive force of permanent magnets 1 and 11 is used as spring force. In particular, bottomed cylindrical containers 3 and 4 are inserted slidably so that their open sides slide with each other. Planar or cylindrical permanent magnets 3 and 4 are then arranged in repulsive fashion on the bottom 3 of one bottomed-container and an open end 4 of the other bottomed-container respectively. Alternatively, an attraction force of permanent magnets is used. In particular, bottomed-containers are inserted slidably so that their open sides slide in the same direction.
