PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope that enables an operator to perform operation of rotating an insertion part while operating a rotation operation part with fingers of a hand holding an operation part without releasing the hand from the insertion part during an operation.SOLUTION: An endoscope 1 comprises: an insertion part 2 having a bendable curved part 6; an operation part 3 which is provided at a base end part of the insertion part 2, provided with a curvature lever 8 for curving the curved part 6, and gripped by an operator; an insertion part rotation mechanism part 20 that connects the insertion part 2 to the operation part 3 rotatably; a rotary lever 30 which is provided in the operation part 3 and operated by fingers of a hand of the operator who grips the operation part 3; a rotation mechanism part 40 which is provided inside the operation part 3 and rotates in conjunction with the operation of the rotary lever 30; and a transmission part 50 for transmitting the rotation of the rotation mechanism part 40 to the insertion part rotation mechanism part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
