摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably generate power in a fuel cell system capable of realizing a system interconnection operation and an autonomous operation.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 comprises an SOFC 11 for generating power using hydrogen-containing fuel; a PCS 12 and a signal input circuit 13 controlling an operation of the SOFC 11; and a power storage unit 20 for storing power. The SOFC 11 is configured switchable between a system interconnection operation interconnected with power of an external power system CE and supplying power to an indoor distribution panel EI, and an autonomous operation interconnected with power of the power storage unit 20 and supplying power to the indoor distribution panel EI. The PCS 12 has an individual operation prevention function of a frequency shift system for making the SOFC 11 parallel-off when detecting that the power interconnected with the SOFC 11 stopped. Here, only while the SOFC 11 is autonomously operated, the PCS 12 makes the individual operation prevention function to a stop state, and thereby, variation of a frequency due to the individual operation prevention function during the autonomous operation is restrained.
