PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve which provides a valve main body part, the first valve member, the second valve member and has excellent workability, furthermore, can be manufactured by simple method and operating method for the same. SOLUTION: A valve main body part 12 has the first duct 34 which penetrates its inner and the second duct 36 which is formed in it. The second duct has a smaller sectional area than that of the first duct and a valve 10 can be used for each system which requires various velocity of flow which passes the valve changeably and flow which passes the valve can be controlled more accurately than that of which passes the first duct only. |
