PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioner having excellent appearance, enhancing the attractiveness, and preventing a small item from dropping into an outlet by providing a structure in which the outlet is not seen from the outside when conditioned air is unnecessary. SOLUTION: The vehicular air-conditioner has an upper vent duct 13 connected to an outlet side of an air-conditioning unit 10 and an upper vent grille 8 which has an outlet 8a of conditioned air and is provided on an instrument panel 1 while connected to the upper vent duct 13. The upper vent grille 8 is stored in the instrument panel 1, and the upper vent duct 13 is closed in an interlocking manner with the storing operation of the upper vent grille 8.
