PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient log-in control system and log-in control method. SOLUTION: The log-in control system comprises a terminal device outputting a log-in request signal to a first processing server, and a processing server including a log-in processing part receiving a log-in request signal and detecting whether the log-in request signal requests general or double log-in a forced log-in selection part interrupting, when the log-in processing part detects that the log-in request signal requests double log-in, the session with a second processing server which is already logged in, and inquiring the terminal device whether session with the first processor is established to perform forced log-in or not; and a forced log-out part forcibly abandoning, when forced log-in is selected in the forced log-in selection part, the session with the second processing server to set a log-out state, and requesting the log-in processing part to establish the session with the first processing server.
