An optical fiber hydrogen sensor for a fuel cell is provided to simplify the structure of a sensor system by omitting a reference fiber and an optical coupler and to improve confidence. An optical fiber hydrogen sensor for a fuel cell comprises an optical fiber cable(13) where a sensing element(11) coated with Pd is adhered by an optical adhesive layer(12), wherein two dielectric mirrors(20) are installed at a certain interval in the pathway of the optical fiber cable to allow laser to be reflected or transmitted. Preferably the dielectric mirrors comprise a first mirror which is located in front of the optical fiber cable and is installed in the pathway part; and a second mirror which is installed in an end part of the optical fiber cable. |
