A fermenter is provided to antiseptically inoculate a microorganism seed to be cultured into medium in fermenter by using detachable seeding port which is sterilized separately in an autoclave and receives microorganism antiseptically, so that pure culture of a microorganism is easily carried out. A fermenter for fermenting a microorganism comprises: a detachable seeding port(150) for antiseptically seeding the microorganism; a fermentation tank(110); a seeding line(140) installed in one upper side of the fermentation tank; a sterilized air-supplying line(120); and a steam-supplying line(130) for simultaneous sterilization of the seeding line and sterilized air-supplying line, wherein the detachable seeding port is sterilized separately in an autoclave, receives the microorganism antiseptically in a clean bench and is connected to the seeding line, sterilized air-supplying line and steam-supplying line; and the microorganism stored in the detachable seeding port is antiseptically inoculated into the medium after cooling the seed-inoculating line by using the sterilized air-supplying line. |
