The present invention relates to a display apparatus and a data processing method thereof, capable of solving a problem that one-line crosstalk occurs. The display apparatus comprises a liquid crystal panel, a gate driver, a data driver and a timing controller. The liquid crystal panel comprises gate lines, data lines and pixels. The pixels include first and second pixels. The first and the second pixels are arranged in neighboring pixel lines, form pixel rows different from each other, are connected to the same gate line, display the same color, and receive a data voltage of the opposite polarity. Image data include first pixel data to be displayed in the first pixels and second pixel data to be displayed in the second pixels. When the first pixel data has a first gradation value and the second pixel data has a second gradation value different from the first gradation value, the timing controller modulates the first and the second pixel data to make the first and the second pixel data have a gradation value between the first and the second gradation values.
