FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for control over convergence of an X-ray beam. When implementing the declared group of inventions changed is the temperature of a diffraction unit made with a working profile of its diffracting element corresponding to the condition of collimation or focusing of the X-ray beam in compliance with proposed two versions of making the diffraction unit based on simultaneous bending of the diffraction unit diffracting element and a substrate.
