PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a harvesting work by making it possible to cut-off all plants at once in a hydroponic apparatus.SOLUTION: A hydroponic apparatus 11 according to the present invention comprises: a nursery bed member 12 which holds sown seeds D1 and permits passing of roots D2; and a seedling guide member 13 which regulates the elongating direction of buds D3 germinated from the seeds D1 sown on the nursery bed member 12 such that the buds D3 elongate in a predetermined direction. According to the present invention, the plants D are in the state of being supported by the seedling guide member 13, so that all plants D can be cut-off at once and harvested by moving a cutter (not shown) along the seedling guide member 13. Therefore, harvesting work can be simplified compared to a case where the plants D have to be cut-off by several numbers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
