The present device relates to bee-keeping, and concerns the production of honey contained in the wax structure (the section, or comb) of same, and consists of a frame made from transparent food-grade plastic material, the frame being formed as a cylindrical body positioned within a body having a square cross-section with rounded corners. For the purpose of producing section honey, a thin sheet of comb foundation is arranged between two similar frames positioned back-to-back, to constitute the bottom of the honey section, over several frames, then the assembly is closed by means of partitions behind the sides of the two frames, and a set of such frames is arranged inside a honey body, which is deposited in turn on the hive, in order for the bees to start to seal the wax divider sheets, then fill them with honey and, after the completion of the sections, the two frames are closed by means of two transparent plastic covers, which give the assembly an attractive appearance when on display and for sale. |
