<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite machine enabling a user to confirm that printing has been performed, more easily than in the conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: The composite machine 1 having a copying function and a data communication function is equipped with: an original reading part 2 which is arranged at the upper part of the composite machine 1; an image forming part 3 which is arranged below the original reading part 2 and forms an image on paper; a first ejection tray 7 which is provided on the upper surface of the image forming part 3 and to which a sheet is ejected when the copying function is set; a second ejection tray 8 which is arranged just under the original reading part 2 and to which the sheet is ejected when the data communication function is set; an ejection detection unit 18 which detects ejection of the paper of the second ejection tray 8; moving units 80, 81, 85 and 86 which move the second ejection tray 8 from the inside to the outside with the side surface of the composite machine 1 as reference; and a control unit 200 which operates the moving unit when the ejection detection unit 18 detects such ejection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
