<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for easily attaching-detaching a band, capable of easily adjusting a position of electronic equipment to a steering wheel, and capable of easily refastening the band. <P>SOLUTION: This holder 1 has a wheel installing part 12 for installing the band 8 wound on a steering wheel ring 21, and an equipment fixing part 13 continuing with the wheel installing part 12 and installing a remote controller 2.
