Ž<P>SOLUTION: Projections 3a, 3b, 3c and 3d are attached to the diaphragm 3 of the quick exhaust valve 1, and these projections are moved while guiding, and are operated without caring about the installation attitude of the quick exhaust valve 1, and for preventing the application of stress such as the diaphragm 3 reaches breaking by impact by receiving pressure of the compressed air by stress exceeding a stress limit of an elastic body, the pressure of the compressed air is received by a shape of following along a diaphragm shape, and a little clearance can be formed in a shade part 3e of the diaphragm 3 so that the deformation is reduced when the compressed air is supplied.
