PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process machine of a ring-shaped workpiece which can be realized at low costs by modification of an existing process machine and can remove cutting chips efficiently.SOLUTION: Provided are a first chuck part 12 which rotates while holding the outer periphery surface of a workpiece W and at which the inside of the workpiece W is processed, and a second chuck part 14 which rotates while holding the inner periphery surface of the workpiece W and at which the outside of the workpiece W is processed. Provided is a workpiece turnover device 16 which includes a first and a second holding parts 40, 42 for holding the outer periphery surface of the workpiece W and turns over the direction of the workpiece to the central axis direction by transferring the workpiece W between the first holding part 40 and the a second holding part 42. Provided is a loader 18 which is movable in the X, Y and Z directions while holding the workpiece W. Provided is a first air blow nozzle 54 which can blow air toward the inner periphery of the workpiece W while the first holding part 40 holds the workpiece W. |
