FIELD: metalworking.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat treatment of metals and alloys, namely, to local heating for straightening or shaping of long sheet structures from aluminium alloys, including waffle and ribbed panels, and can be used in aerospace engineering, shipbuilding and other industries. Method of heating of long sheet of aluminium panels for further forming or straightening involves arrangement in furnace chamber of treated panel zones and its heating to temperature of 100-150 °C, wherein on protruding from furnace parts of aluminium panel heating mats are placed and heating at regulation of temperature mats in range from 50 to 150 °C.EFFECT: invention aims at preventing or reducing negative effects of external conditions influencing heating process, straightening or shaping.1 cl, 3 dwg |
