PURPOSE: A structure of a precast concrete panel and a fastening method for panels are provided to reduce the labor cost and construction expense by improving working efficiency, to shorten a period of construction by removing the construction progress of shrinkage compensating mortar in a job site and to prevent the water leakage and the inflow of moisture by using outer sealants, a water-stopping groove and packing such as urethane, silicon, rubber, etc. CONSTITUTION: As for manufacturing precast panels(P,P') such as a wall panel, a roof panel, a slab panel, etc., the structure of a precast concrete panel comprises the steps of forming water-stopping grooves(10,10') on both sides of the panels(P,P'), fixing a packing(11,11') to one side of the panels(P,P'), and unifying flat plates(12,12') on the stepped upper and lower parts of the panels(P,P'). The fastening method for the panels(P,P') comprises the steps of facing water-stopping grooves(10,10') which are fixed with the packing(11,11') of the panel(P) with another water-stopping grooves(10,10') which are not fixed with the packing(11,11') of the panel(P'), then coupling with the packing(11,11'), finishing up the outer side between the panels(P,P') with outer sealants(14), welding a metallic plate(15) to the flat plates(12,12') stepped on the upper and lower parts or inserting screwed plates to screwed plates and fastening with nuts.
