PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe capable of securing a sufficient adjusting range of an opening without unnecessarily increasing the range of attaching a size adjusting mechanism, and allowing a user to adjust the size very easily. SOLUTION: The shoe 1 comprises instep pieces 10, 11 formed in the left and right of the instep part of the shoe and an adjustor 2 consisting of an adjustor body 20 and an adjustor rail 24 for adjusting the tightened state of the opening 12 of the shoe 1. The adjustor rail 24 is made of a heat resistant material. One end of the adjustor rail 24 on which projecting lines 240 are juxtaposed is fixed to one instep piece 11, and the metal adjustor body 20 is fixed to the other instep piece 10. The adjustor body has claws 222 to be engaged/disengaged with the projecting lines 240. The adjustor rail 24 pierces the adjustor body 20, and an anti-fallout part 25 is attached to the other end of the adjustor rail 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
