PURPOSE: A free mixture unit of a water-purifying system is provided to reduce a cost and utilizing the existing system since contaminated water and purifying drug inside the mixer is no need to stir or mix through separate instrumental configuration and mix the contaminated water and purifying drug by controlling the diaphragm binding angle and configure binding in various types. CONSTITUTION: A free mixture unit of a water-purifying system is comprised of a nozzle spraying a purifying drug with contaminated water in front of the mixer. The purifying drug and contaminated water supplied through the nozzle freely changes the flux and harmonies inside the mixer. A diaphragm(20) which a bent round panel(22) and a horizontal panel(21) are combined in various angles, is installed inside the mixer. The purifying drug and the contaminated water are mixed.
