A system and a method for using facilities of a community by using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag are provided to enable a user to use the facilities within the community and open a front door by using the RFID tag as one integrated card, so that the user can freely use the facilities at a desired time by removing the necessity of carrying plural cards and keys. An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag(10) is an ID card including intrinsic code information of each householder. Passive readers(20,21,22) wirelessly receive the intrinsic code information by contacting with the RFID tag. A server(30) is connected with the readers wiredly or wirelessly, respectively receives the intrinsic code information transmitted from the RFID tag to the readers, separately recognizes the intrinsic codes transmitted from the readers, and reads necessary information from a linked database. A healthcare controller(70) is wiredly connected with the server, receives healthcare information transmitted from the server. The healthcare controller controls operation of sport outfits, opening/closing of a locking door and opening/closing of an entrance of a healthcare center. A parking lot controller(71) is wiredly connected with the server, receives parking lot information transmitted from the server, and opens/closes a cutoff bar of an unmanned parking lot. A front door controller(72) is wiredly connected with the server. The front door controller is installed beyond a front door of each household, receives address information transmitted from the server, and controls a locking device of the front door. |
