PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic recording material suitable for obtaining image output with a rugged shape having light transparency such as a lens shape on the surface of a recording material, and to provide a method for forming a rugged shape having light transparency such as a lens shape on the surface of a recording material using electrophotographic equipment. SOLUTION: A transparent resin layer is used as a base layer, a lens forming layer as a thermoplastic resin layer having light transparency is stacked on the surface of the base material, and a thermoplastic resin layer as a toner receiving layer in which white pigment is dispersed is stacked on the other face of the base layer.
