<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader restoring an original image from paper with an image having a superimposed noise pattern printed thereon, a printer controller for printing the image with the superimposed noise pattern on the paper, and the paper with the image with the superimposed noise pattern printed thereon. <P>SOLUTION: When the noise pattern as illustrated in (B) is superimposed on a printing object as illustrated in (A), an image as illustrated in (C) is obtained and transmitted to a multi-functional machine as printing data. In addition, data of an image in a part illustrated in (D) which disappears by superimposition of the noise pattern is created as noise data and transmitted to the multi-functional machine as writing data to an IC tag. In the multi-functional machine, an image corresponding to the printing data is formed on the paper and the noise data is recorded on the IC tag attached to the paper.
