PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulation system driving method for efficiently and suitably operating an object cell without a skill and technique of an operator.SOLUTION: This manipulation system driving method of operating the object cell mounted on a fixed processing region includes: an image acquiring step of photographing a culture medium and acquiring an image of the whole culture medium; a relative movement step of relatively moving a cell holding means, a cell operating means, and a sample holding member and moving a plurality of object cells so that they are sequentially conveyed to the predetermined region; and a cell operation step of holding the object cells in the predetermined regions by the cell holding means when the object cells are conveyed to the predetermined region in the relative movement step, and operating the object cells held by the cell holding means with the cell operating means. |
