PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden and time in an execution process and to eliminate a fear in sealing property by means of a waterproof tape by attaching one piece of an attaching frame having an L-shaped cross section to an electric equipment with the waterproof tape in the front surface periphery of an electric equipment body and fixing the other piece of the attaching frame to the outer peripheral edge of an opening part by means of superimposition. SOLUTION: The waterproof tape 6 is adhered to the front surface periphery of a dish washer and dryer 5, concretely, a part at a dish washer and dryer body side being close to a door 5b and the side and lower surfaces of a decorative door 5c. The attaching frame having the L-shaped cross section consists of an upper frame 7a, vertical frames 7b and a lower frame 7c. The upper and vertical frames 7a and 7b are pressurized against the waterproof tape 6 and also adhered and fixed to the body of the dish washer and dryer 5 by vises 7d. The lower frame 7c is separated from the body of the dish washer and dryer 5 and cannot be fixed to the body by vises. Therefore, spout-shaped pieces 7e for screwing the vises 7d are disposed in the vertical frames 7b and fixing is attained by screwing the vis 7d by the lower frame 7c to the lower end part of each spout-shaped piece 7e.
