PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engrave a lateral tomb inscription reasonably in the indication surface of a rotatable Buddha core stone so as to apply this to a western tomb while maintaining the advantage of a rotating type. SOLUTION: A Buddha stone 3 is formed of a stone-made lever stone 3 and a stone-made Buddha core stone 4 held inside the lever stone 3, a storage chamber 30 holding the Buddha core stone 4 rotatably about a support shaft 54 and an indication window 32 partly exposing the peripheral surface of the Buddha core stone 4 are provided in the lever stone 3, and the support shaft 54 is provided so as to extend horizontally in the storage chamber 30. Then, the lever stone 3 and Buddha core stone 4 are set in a laterally elongated shape, and the indication window 32 is formed in laterally elongated shape in correspondence with the Buddha core stone 4. In addition, a Buddha core stone support structure 5 capable of supporting the Buddha core stone 4 and suppressing the rotation about the support shaft 54 is provided.
