PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll unit device which singly accomplishes a roll configuration of a molding device, which varies according to the grade and quality of a film sheet and molds the film sheet which is advantageous in terms of quality and cost as well as a method for molding the film sheet using the roll unit device. SOLUTION: The roll unit device comprises a pair of roll units, each consisting of two pieces of roll, a drive mechanism which makes each of the rolls of the roll units rotate, a gap adjusting device for adjusting a gap between the rolls, a temperature adjusting device for adjusting temperatures with a heating medium or a cooling medium incorporated in both rolls and a position control device of a gyrating mechanism having such a function that the roll unit gyrates at an arbitrary angular position around a support shaft in parallel with the rolls and assumes a specified position to a traveling line of the film sheet or the like. |
