METHOD FOR MAKING NUTRITIONAL RICE WITH WHITE LOTUS LEAVES

PURPOSE: A producing method of nutritious health rice using white lotus leaves is provided to maximize the storage property and the functionality of the rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of nutritious health rice using white lotus leaves comprises the following steps: cutting the white lotus leaves, after washing; washing grains including rice, and soaking; adding 150~250g of grains into the white lotus leaves, and wrapping; steaming the grains wrapped with the white lotus leaves for 20~30minutes at 105~113deg C, and cooling; opening the wrapped white lotus leaves, and adding more than one garnish including chestnuts and lotus roots before wrapping again; using a microwave oven to steam the white lotus leaves wrapped rice again; and storing the white lotus leaves wrapped rice in a refrigerator.
