PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment joint which facilitates press-fitting into segment pieces by a press-fitting device, and can be easily formed, and to provide a segment joint structure. SOLUTION: The segment joint structure 10 is set up by abutting the plurality of segment pieces 12 on each other, fitting the segment joint 11 into fitting holes 15 formed in contact end faces 12a of the respective segment pieces 12 extending along a circumferential direction, and tying the segment pieces 12 together, to thereby form a segment lining body. Herein the segment joint 11 is formed of a flat plate 13, a binding rod 14a formed on a first surface 13a of the flat plate 13, and binding rods 14b, 14c formed on a second surface 13b of the flat plate 13.
