PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peptide or a compound containing peptide mimetics used for treating the disorder associated with cellular proliferative disorder e.g. disorder associated with benign tumor cells and with malignant tumor cells.

SOLUTION: The peptide and peptide mimetics are provided by consisting of amino acids having a specific sequence or amino acid substitutes and used alone or in a combination with a nucleic acid-damaging treatment used for inhibiting the cell growth by at least partially inhibiting the check point of G2 cell cycle.
