Electrical wiring connector assemblies, devices, systems, apparatus, and methods for establishing circuit connections between insulated wire conductors without removing the insulation from the conductors, such as attaching a power conductor cable to multiple lights such as those used with pathway and landscape lights, and the like. The connector can include two legs hinged together with placement and penetrating members on the insides of the legs which when pushed together by squeezing the legs can penetrate the insulated layer of the insulated wire conductor to establish an electrical connection. Pivotable wire lead ports allow for wire leads to other lights to be hooked to the insulated wire conductor.

1. An electrical wire connector comprising:
a first leg having a free end and a hinged end; a second leg having a free end and a hinged end; a hinge for attaching the hinged end of the first leg to the hinged end of the second leg; conductive penetrators on the first leg and the second leg that move against one another when the free end of the first leg and the free end of the second leg are pushed toward one another, wherein an insulated wire conductor placed between the first leg and the second leg is penetrated by the conductive penetrators without having to remove insulation from the insulated wire conductor; and a first pivotal member having an first end with a port opening, and a second end being pivotally attached into a side recess in the first leg, the first pivotal member having an unlock position with the port opening in the first pivotal member being exposed from the recess for allowing a first cable core to be inserted into the port opening, the first pivotal member having a lock position with the first pivotal member pivoted into the recess in the side of the first leg so that the first cable core is penetrated by the conductive penetrators to be in electrical connection with the insulated wire conductor.
