<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a konjac-containing food with little variation in the amount of granular konjac in a package and easily usable; and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The konjac-containing food comprises a plurality of granular konjac and an enclosing liquid enclosed in the package with the granular konjac to hold the granular konjac.
