The present invention relates to an apparatus for guiding traffic at an entrance of a parking lot on the basis of detection of a moving object using radar. The apparatus according to the present invention includes: a first radar detection unit that detects an advancing object which approaches an entrance of the parking lot from the parking lot or an entering object which enters the parking lot through the entrance of the parking lot; a first display unit that displays a first advancement guiding signal provided to the advancing object; a second radar detection unit that detects the entering object which approaches the entrance of the parking lot through an external traffic route; a second display unit the displays an entrance guiding signal provided to the entering object and a second advancement guiding signal provided to the advancing object; and a control device that controls operations of the first display unit and the second display unit according to detection information received from the first radar detection unit and the second radar detection unit. The present invention may ensure safety of pedestrians crossing the entrance of the parking lot, and at the same time, ensure convenience of vehicles which enter or exit the parking lot.
