PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technology about sharing a game play moving image.SOLUTION: A server system 1100 regularly accesses a moving image database 1200, searches for a game play moving image about an online game provided by itself on the basis of a patrol keyword 630, and stores/manages information, such as access information to the game play moving image, moving image accompanying information, and the number of browsing, in patrol result data 640. When an inquiry about the game play moving image about a game being played is received from a user terminal that is playing the online game, the access information about a game play moving image suited to a play situation is searched for with the patrol result data 640 and the like as objects, and answers the inquiry.
