<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink composition showing an excellent printing quality. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous ink composition contains a pigment having an average particle diameter of ≥20 nm and ≤200 nm measured by an optical dispersion method and a water-dispersible polymer having a number average molecular weight in terms of styrene of ≥5,000 and ≤200,000 measured by gel permeation chromatography, and has surface tension of ≥20 mN/m and ≤40 mN/m wherein the pigment is the polymer-coated pigment coated with the water-dispersible polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
