PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device excellent in cleaning properties, using a small amount of pure water and easy in change of an installation place, and to provide a cleaning method of a rubber glove for working using the device. SOLUTION: The cleaning method of a rubber glove for working is employed for cleaning a glove 7 for working by using the cleaning device 1 of the working glove 7. The cleaning device 1 has a cleaning nozzle unit 2 fixed to cleaning chamber 4 having a cleaning opening part 4a, the cleaning nozzle unit 2 comprises a pure-water side nozzle 21 and a gas side nozzle 22 constituting a two-fluid-mixing nozzle, and when a gas 17 is ejected from the gas side nozzle 22, pure water 16 is ejected from the pure-water side nozzle 21 under atomization following the ejection of the gas 17. The glove 7 is cleaned by ejecting the gas 17 and the atomized pure water 16 toward the glove 7 held up in the opening part 4a, and successively the glove 7 is dried by ejecting only the gas 17 from the gas side nozzle 22.
