A power-on reset circuit is provided to minimize power consumption in a micro device or a system using a battery by reducing a constant current after a power-on reset operation. A power-on reset circuit includes voltage dividing units(250,260), inverse units(230,240), and constant current reduction feedback units(270,280). The voltage dividing units(250,260) divide and output a power voltage by a predetermined ratio. The inverse units(230,240) have a plurality of inverters which delay outputs of the voltage dividing units(250,260) and output power-on reset signals. The constant current reduction feedback units(270,280) feed back an output signal of one of the inverters of the plurality of inverse units(230,240) or the power-on reset signals to the outputs of the voltage dividing units(250,260). The constant current reduction feedback units(270,280) reduce a constant current of a power-on reset state of the voltage dividing units(250,260) by varying potentials of the outputs of the voltage dividing units(250,260). |
