PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal, a control system, a control method, and a control program, capable of accurately performing use restriction or restriction cancellation of an application in accordance with a distance of terminals without using an external network.SOLUTION: A slave terminal 20 comprises: a communication control part 23 that directly controls a wireless communication with a master terminal 10; a transmission processing part 24 that transmits application information on an application installed to an own terminal to the master terminal 10 by the communication control part 23; a reception processing part 25 that receives setting information for performing use restriction or restriction cancellation of the application in accordance with a distance to the master terminal 10 from the master terminal 10 by the communication control part 23; a distance measurement part 26 that measures the distance between the own terminal and the master terminal 10 based on reception sensitivity in the communication control part 23; and a restriction processing part 27 that performs the use restriction or the restriction cancellation of the application corresponding to the measured distance in accordance with the setting information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
