PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser emission device having a shutter capable of cutting off laser light, that can cope with miniaturization of the device while securing the safety to the laser light reflected by the shutter.SOLUTION: A laser emission device 1 comprises: a laser oscillation unit 20 that has a laser oscillator 21 and a beam expander 22; an optical shutter part 30 that has a shutter 31 and a shutter motor 32; a protection member 25; and an electrical part 70. An optical path of a pulse laser L from the laser oscillation unit 20 is cut off by moving the shutter 31 to a first position. The shutter 31, when located at the first position, attenuates the pulse laser L and reflects it as reflection light R, and introduces the reflection light R to between a light absorption layer 23 of the beam expander 22 and a light absorption layer 26 of the protection member 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
