<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell equipped with a gasket capable of forming, and a method to make the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The device with an electrochemical conversion assembly is equipped with a plurality of electrochemical conversion cells 20, and a plurality of conductive bipolar system plates 30, and the electrochemical conversion cells are arranged between adjacent bipolar plates. The electrochemical conversion assembly comprises a plurality of conversion assembly gaskets 40, and each conversion assembly gasket is additionally equipped with a plurality of conversion assembly gaskets formed on the bipolar system plates corresponding to the plurality of bipolar plates.
